Reception is very good and easy to operate. Reason for 4 star is 1) Manual wasn't very helpful as not easy for manual tune in my car. Plugged in, switched on then tuned in radio to transmitter not as per manual. 2) Downside is volume up full to get good reception and radio volume high for normal sound (Turn down car radio before retuning or using another function).
Would recommend this product as has built in charger, USB port and good reception.
