Same cable also charges the apple nano [1st version] - as it outputs USB [female type A socket], have also successfully charged other devices that I already have the usb cable for e.g. Palm T3. Usefully, the PowerJolt clearly shows when it is powered [green LED] and also when charging something [LED changes to amber]
Although the amazon image [3 aug 2008] showed the newer 2008 version [casing shaped like a 't'], this item was supplied as the 2007 model [triangular casing] - not sure if the differences are only cosmetic, but old model does work as indicated above. Picture now changed [17 aug]

I thought it was great. Shipping was extremely fast, (you have to look for comments from the sellers and one of them should say fast delivery)

Product is fine, but I am really fed up with paying extortionate delivery charges ( 4.50 on this item from MyMemory) for poor delivery service from Amazon Marketplace sellers. This item took over two weeks to arrive, and could not have cost more than 1 to post by regular mail. Amazon are doing themselves a disservice by not selling direct themselves.
