 Very disappointing January 9, 2010

I had used a Griffin Road Trip before and was very impressed but when I received this one for Christmas I was very disppointed. The unti is very bulky and would only fit in into my Ford Ka when turned at a stupid angle which would make the iPod very difficult to use. The sound quality was dreadful, despite hours spent trawling through every single avaliable radio frequency to try and improve it. Very crackly and not for anyone who actually wishes to hear the music on their iPod!

The iTrip is a good quality ipod player. It fits my ipod touch with ease, has no problem playing the music, but where it goes wrong is when it plays the music. It playes through the FM radio, which means you get alot of interference from other radio stations. It only really works when your in the middle of the countryside where there is no other radio stations. When you do get some space, the sound is good but if you live in a city like London, I would not reccomend this product.

I purchased this product as I thought it would be better that the one I already had, It turns out that Im not impressed with it the sound quality was not as good as the smaller and cheaper one. I have gone back to using my old one. What a waste of money!!!

This product is brilliant. So easy to use. Easy to tune in and the sound quality is excellent. This works with my Ipod Nano 8gb 4th Generation. Only problem is that it will not charge this ipod - a message comes up saying it is not compatible for charging. Would definitely recommend if you are not bothered about charging up in your car.
